Insurance should provide protection, stability and peace of mind when people need it most. However, policies can sometimes be difficult to understand, leaving customers uncertain about what is covered and whether they will receive the support they expect.
Momentum aims to develop insurance solutions that place the protection of the client at their centre. Our ambition is to help people protect themselves, their belongings, their businesses and their loved ones through products that are clear, dependable and appropriate to their circumstances.

Momentum intends to explore responsible financial solutions that help individuals and organisations build security, manage challenges and continue moving forward.
Our aim is to provide fair, straightforward services without unnecessary confusion, hidden conditions or exploitative practices. We believe financial organisations should solve problems rather than make difficult circumstances worse.
Particular consideration will be given to people who can be more vulnerable within financial systems, including young people, older people, those on lower incomes and individuals experiencing unexpected hardship.

We believe clients should understand exactly what they need, what they are purchasing and where they stand before entering any financial agreement.
Momentum aims to communicate costs, benefits, limitations and responsibilities clearly. We do not want customers to discover unexpected exclusions or inadequate protection at the moment they need help most.

Momentum is currently developing its operating model, professional partnerships, compliance systems and future services. We are not yet accepting applications for insurance, lending, investments or other regulated financial products.
Every future service will be assessed carefully and introduced only when Momentum possesses the appropriate expertise, infrastructure and regulatory permissions, or is working with a suitably authorised provider.
Our ambition is to build a financial organisation that people can understand, trust and rely upon—not only when circumstances are good, but when genuine support is required.
